Hi! I have secured AIR 580 in Clat PG 2019.I belong to general category. Can i get a seat in RMLNLU or GNLU?

Navanshi 26th Jun, 2019

Dear aspirant,

Acc to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off's change every year depending upon a no of factors such as no of aspirants, level of difficulty of clat pg this year etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity last year cut of rank for general category in RMNLU was 462 so you might not have chances here if we look at previous years cut off's which change every year BUT cut off for GNLU for general category was 760 so you may have good chances here.

Hope this helps

All the best

My OBC rank is 633 in U.P. , is there any chance to get RMLNLU ?

Rishabh_1890 Student Expert 18th Jul, 2019

Hello

First of all congrats forr securing good rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)

I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .

All the best:)

Hi,my AI rank is 15325 and Im state obc and female of up domicile did any chances of mine to get RMLNLU?

harsh agnihotri 23rd Jun, 2019
Hello Shikha

First of all congratulations for your result.

Last year's RMLNLU,Lucknow closing rank:

State Other Backward Classes Women -975

So if your obc female rank is around 975 then you have chances to get admission in RMLNLU.
But by your All India General rank there is no chance to get RMLNLU.

You can check last year's CLAT cut off using this link:

So I hope you find this helpful

Thank you

Good luck.

my all india rank in clat is 4795 and obc rank is 493 i have can i get rmlnlu?

Parvesh Bansal 21st Jun, 2019

Hi Aryma,

You have a very good chance of making it to RMLNLU. You may not get the seat in the counselling round but keep an eye on the notifications for vacant list. You may get into RMLNLU during the vacant seat notifications.  Slight chance to get a call during 3rd round of counselling. Apart from that you are definitely getting RGNLU.

I got 85.75 in Clat 2019. My AIR is 17485 and SC category AIR is 505. Can I get rmlnlu?? Im from Uttar Pradesh

Purnima Student Expert 19th Jun, 2019

Hello Pragyanshu!

As per my analysis of CLAT 19 results and tge first allotment list, RMNLU Lucknow has closed its SC category, UP domicile at 10864 rank.

Your chances of getting into RMNLU are negligible. Even in the upcoming allotment lists, the ranks are not expected to fall upto 17000-18000s. There is a huge difference in your AIR and ranks in the first list.

But you should not lose hope, and look for other colleges and universities that may provide you admissions at this rank and good opportunities to learn and grow.

All the best!
