RMLNLU accepts up to the rank of 2000 maximum. Irrespective of the category you belong to. So, in my opinion, you are not having a good chance for RMLNLU. It will be better you keep an eye on it and try for others as well.

As per your All India Rank you have average chances in any NLU but you can always go for private colleges.
