According to your rank, it is difficult to get any of the NLU but you can just try in:

1.NLUJA, ASSAM

2.TNNLS, TAMIL NADU

Contact them and try to get details of your admission.

Based on your CLAT inputs you dont stand a chance of getting a National law university even in 3rd allotment list instead i would suggest you to try in some private law college like

 Institute of Law, Nirma University - This private law University is often ranked higher

According to your rank you cant get RMLNLU because your rank too low to get admission in this college.

Given your rank and marks. I think it's difficult to get admission in RMNLU as cut off for this is 3017. There are plenty of private institutions and state colleges in which you can apply.

Also you can check out low tier NLUs.
