Tech. in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering/ Electrical and Power Engineering/ Electrical Devices and Power Systems/ Electrical Engineering of Industrial Control/ Electrical Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electrical Power System/ Instrumentation/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrumentations & Control Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering /Applied Electronics Engineering / Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering) at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) marks in aggregate and with valid GATE Score shall be eligible to apply for Postgraduate level M.Tech.

Admission based on the Valid GATE Scores & Inter-se-merit of B.Tech. OR equivalent exam (Preference to GATE qualified candidates).
