Hello,
IISER 2020 cutoff will be based on various parameters like numbers of appearing candidates, total number of seats, the difficulty level of exam and the last year admission record. IISER cutoff is based on the state board, CBSE board, ICSE board. You haven't mentioned your Board but considering your board as CBSE then you need to have 88.3 % to get admission in, and state board have their own cutoff %. There is also 5% cutoff relaxation will be provided to OBC(NCL).

Hello Aspirant,
*According to your score, it is difficult to get admission in IISER.
*To get admission in IISER you marks is low . you have very less chance to get seat in IISER because of its difficulty level. It also depends on this year cutoff but you have little bit chance due to you are from ST category but still hopes doesn't end here. Let's wait and watch for first 1-2 rounds then itself the image will be clear.

Hi,
The cutoff marks in IISER aptitude test is not released by the college authorities. So you can't be sure on it and it varies every year. However if you are a general candidate, you should get atleast 70 marks to secure a seat in IISER. I don't think at a score of 44, it would be possible to make it. You can read more about IISER cutoffs at this link-

Hello Aspirant,
Getting admission into an IISER institutes depends upon your score of IISER Aptitude test and eligibility of passing +2 examination. Seeing your score, it is difficult to say that you will get admission into a top IISER institute. But you can try for the councelling rounds. Since the cutoff of IISER changes every year depending upon no. of students appeared and exam difficulty level, it is unsure about what the cutoff for 2020 might be. Also, each IISER has only 200 seats. In order to get admission into a good IISER institute , you must atleast get 130 out of 180 marks.
But you may check the official website for more details and notifications.
Good luck
