The authorities will release separate merit list for the candidates apperaing for the aptitude test(SCB channel). 50% seats are reserved for the candidates who are qualifying the IISER aptitude test.

PWD candidates must aggregate  55% marks to get admission.

Well, the cut-off  marks  in 10+2 as eligibility for  IISER  Admissions 2020 is modified as follows: either 60%  marks  in aggregate or equivalent grade for General/ OBC and OBC-NCL categories and 55% for SC/ST/PWD in any boards or the cut-off  marks  already announced for each of the boards

If you are biology study then you can only attempt PCB or if you are maths student then you can opt PCM, there is no compulsion to attempt both. However, the total marks would be given by 180, which includes both mathematics and biology, means if you attempt both
