Dear Aspirant,

It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, the preferences of the students and the seat matrix of the colleges.

So,

There are 1300 seats in IISERs (via IAT) and about 130- 200 seats are reserved for each category.

So, you have a decent chance of getting into Berhampur campus in the last or post allotment rounds.

There will be students leaving IISERs after they get into other medical and engineering colleges.

Please check the link below for more information.

IISER cut-off

Hope this helps.

Dear Aspirant,

It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students attempting the exam the preferences of the students and the seat matrix of the college.

Number of seats in IISER - 1700

Number of seats for IAT - 1300

Number of category seats - 200 approx.

per category

Looking at these data you can say that the chances of you getting into IISER is pretty low.

You have a small chance of getting into BPR or Tirupati campus in the last or post allotment rounds as students give up their seats when they get other medical/ engineering colleges.

Please keep other options open

IISER cut-off

Dear Aspirant,

It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students attempting the exam the preferences of the students and the seat matrix of the college.

There are 1700 seats in IISER and about 1300 are reserved for IAT Candidates. About 200 seats are reserved for SC candidates.

Looking at this statistics we can say that you have a small chance of getting into new IISERs like BPR, Tirupati in the last or post allotment rounds.

Usually not all students who get into IISERs accept the admission. Hence, you have a decent chance.

Also, there is no official cutoff details that we have for accurately predicting the situation hence this is purely based on my past experience.

If you are sure about pursuing science please keep other options open.

Hope this helps.

IISER

Dear Aspirant,

It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, the preferences of the students and the seat matrix of the college.

Looking at the trends we can say that out of 1700 seats in IISER about 1300 are reserved for the IAT.

Looking at this trend we can say that it is quite difficult for you to get into IISER . There are about 200 seats reserved for SC candidates.

Analysing all these, you have a small chance of getting into IISERs in the post allotment rounds after students drop out once they get admission into other engineering or medical colleges.

So please keep other options open.

Hope this helps

Dear aspirant

It would have been good if you have mentioned your all india rank.

Although your category rank is quite good and some time you may have chances as total approximately seat in IISER is 1700+ and 50% are for Gen category students so by comparing this you have chances to get any of one IISER through this rank.

Last year IISER was allotted upto AIR 9050 in EWS category. So your all india rank is below than this you might have good chances to get IISER college.

Hope this information helps you

All the best

Dear Aspirant,

It is not easy to predict the exact admission situation as it depends on the number of students willing to take admission in the college and the preferences of the students.

There are about 1300 seats reserved for.the candidates getting admission via IAT. In that about 200 seats are reserved for the OBC NCL candidates.

Looking at this we can say that it is quite hard for you to get admission into IISER s. There is a small chance for you to BPR campus in post allotment rounds as students will leave IISER after admissions as they get seats in other colleges.

Please keep other options open.

Hope this helps.

Dear Aspirant,

First of all it is quite difficult to make such predictions as it heavily depends on the number of students willing to take admission in the college and the seat matrix of the college.

A lot of students drop their seats in IISERs once they get offers from engineering or medical colleges.

There are 1700 seats in IISERs and about 1300 are reserved for IAT Candidates.

Looking at this we can say that you have a small chance of getting IISERs in the last or post allotment rounds . If you are passionate about science, please keep other options open.

We don't have any official cutoff information hence this is just a prediction based on the data I have given you.

Hope this helps.
