There are 1300 seats in IISERs (via IAT) and about 130- 200 seats are reserved for each category.
So, you have a decent chance of getting into Berhampur campus in the last or post allotment rounds.
There will be students leaving IISERs after they get into other medical and engineering colleges.

Looking at this statistics we can say that you have a small chance of getting into new IISERs like BPR, Tirupati in the last or post allotment rounds.
Usually not all students who get into IISERs accept the admission. Hence, you have a decent chance.

It would have been good if you have mentioned your all india rank.
Although your category rank is quite good and some time you may have chances as total approximately seat in IISER is 1700+ and 50% are for Gen category students so by comparing this you have chances to get any of one IISER through this rank.
Last year IISER was allotted upto AIR 9050 in EWS category. So your all india rank is below than this you might have good chances to get IISER college.

College infrastructure is somewhat better and provide good facilities and College infrastructure is somewhat better and provide good facilities and laboratories and good libraries to us Class rooms are good.
We get very good food and the arrangement is good. Although you need to bring things like mattress, bucket etc. But otherwise hostel rooms are spacious and very clean. All other facilities mentioned are very good. We have good class room with well maintaining.
The college campus has wifi facility except for hostel rooms , but they are planning to provide there also . The college labs are well equipped and have everything you need will be there in the lab .
