The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research ( IISERs ), are a group of premier science education and research institutes in India. These institutions have been declared by Act of Parliament as institutions of national importance and are intended to be the IITs of basic sciences.

There are 3 channels through which you can get admission in IISER -
State or Centre Board (SCB)
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna (KVPY)
JEE Advanced 2017

Also, the IISER 2017 session is already over but to get a rough idea about dates and admission procedure you can go through the

IISER takes admission through KVPY, SCB and JEE Advanced. 

There is no direct admission.

Or if you want to go through SCB stream then Maharashtra board cut off should be more than 79%.
