72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time three/six-year Doctoral program and it is offered by the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
(i) ME. / M.Tech. in Microelectronics / VLSI / Microwaves / Communication Systems / Control Systems / Instrumentation / Circuits & Systems or equivalent.
(ii) B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engg. Or equivalent.
(iii) M.Sc. in Physics / Instrumentation / Electronics.
(iv) B.Tech + M.Tech in Computer Science.

our college have all neccessary infrastructure,facilities and equipments.it is the best college in india in all terms.college classrooms have smart boards,white boards and black boards also.Hostels have wifi systems also.
