Hi,
The syllabus for class 11 and 12 physics, chemistry and biology is almost same as NEET syllabus. Majority of board syllabus points are included in neet syllabus. The difference come when you write exam. Board exams ask discriptive questions while in neet the paper contain only objective questions. You can prepare simultaneously for both.
Divide your time as such that you can give it in preparing both the exam Prepare a strategy according to your need and syllabus. follow it strictly.
You can also buy the neet knockout program for more help and support in neet exam preparation.
Hope this helps.
