Since results for written examination are out cut off for 2019 is

 GEN UGA ≥ 73/120 and( UGA + 3 ∗ UGB ) ≥ 147/360

Hi Ishika, As per the eligibility criteria of ISI, to give the exam, you must have Statistics as a subject during your B Tech degree. Otherwise, you can give M Math exam, which requires mathematics as a subject during your Btech degree.
