Yes 12 th percentage does matter while taking admission in ISI, Its not only ISI but most colleges which expect 12th scores to be good. Entrance scores are no doubt important but it is also the percentage which join with the scores to make percentile.

You can visit the link below to download the admit card -
http://egov.isical.ac.in:8080/Admission/
A link must also have been shared on your registered e-mail ID, you can also download your admit card by clicking on that link.
After downloading your admit card, take a print out of it.
