it's very difficult to predict the exam time 

well most of the entrance exam occurs during the morning schedule 

in my view, you candidates must drop a mail citing your genuine problem to both of the concerned authorities 

I am all sure they will sort it out

I think Cochin is there. Have you applied and checked because the test centres list shows Cochin? I cant advise about contacting anyone in ISI in Kerala.

Its clear. If you wish to pursue Bachelors in Maths choose B.Maths and if you wish to take up Statistics then choose Statistics. See the degree allows for you to specialize in that subject. The ISI is a statistical institute and the courses offered also are related like that.
