24 MonthsThe MA program offers courses keeping in mind the interdisciplinary nature of the fields of International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies. The uniqueness of this program lies in its relevance to contemporary issues and the endeavour is to keep it dynamic and relevant at all times. Introduction of the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) has further enhanced the interdisciplinary learning of students.
The course encompasses diverse fields of study. The areas covered include international relations, democracy and politics of South Asia, peace and conflict studies, gender and violence, ethnic conflicts and peace processes, diplomacy, political economy of conflicts, environmental security, foreign policy, conflict resolution, international law, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 45% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Admission Details
The Selection of a candidate shall be based on his/her performance in the Entrance Test and the Qualifying Examination.
