• Applicants must have a valid score in CSIR/UGC NET/GATE/DST INSPIRE/NBHM for PhD admission. 

• The university shortlists candidates for a written test/personal interview.

• Appear for a written test/personal interview.

• Then, the final selection of candidates for IIT Jammu admissions is done by the institute. 

• To complete the IIT Jammu admission procedure the candidates who are selected need to deposit documents and fees to confirm admission. 

For IIT Jammu admissions to UG and PG programmes, candidates must attend the respective IIT Jammu counselling process.
