If you have domicile of Jammu and Kashmir
The admission to candidates belonging to Jammu & Kashmir will be considered over and above not exceeding 2seats in the programs offered by Faculty of Engineering and Technology. Such candidates will have to produce a certificate in support of their claim of being from Jammu & Kashmir.
If you are Kashmiri Migrants
The admission to Kashmiri Migrants will be considered over and above not exceeding 5% of the total seats in the programme and not exceeding two seat in programs offered by Faculty of Engineering and Technology. Kashmiri migrants will have to apply and go through the entire admission process.These candidates will have to submit a certificate in support of their claim of being Kashmiri migrants obtainable from the registered Divisional Commissioner of the concerned State/ UnionTerritory.

The cut-off will be announced in April for jee advance, so you have to wait till april to know the cutoff for JEE Advance because it will depend upon the number of students appearing in April too. According to the previous year cutoff you have chances. I would like to suggest you to give second attempt so that you can improve your score more.

Your rank should be around 100k but your category rank may be 1 to 60.In JMI there is no reservation for non Muslims except pwd. So you have a low chance because you will not get your category reservation here.but you can get good NITs

The campus was not at all maintained well. The basic facilities were there but in bad condition, the expectations that i had from he campus were not fulfilled as the delhi univeristy campus was better.
Jamia's science department is also in good condition. Wi-Fi connectivity is available in the majority of the campus areas, such as the library and laboratories.The hostel facilities are clean and good, and students are provided with four meals a day breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. There are laundry and medical facilities available, too, and function effectively.
colleges infrastructure is fabulous and JMI is built on 2 sides of the road . JMI has one of the biggest library which is Dr Zakir hussain library. the campus is clean and all classes are well equipped with projectors which makes it easy for us to understand concepts . also there is a fighter jet in the engineering department
