There is no cutoff score or percentage. Merit lists are released on the basis of ranks from the top and admissions proceed with the interested candidates(ones from the merit list) confirming their admissions. Usually, many candidates don't appear for the admission confirmation and their absence creates intake vacancy, which in turn results in the release of further merit lists. You may consider it itn 55-70

By considering your data iam reaching at a point that your rank is 52000 in jee mains and you are from obc category,JMI has not released its cutoff for year 2019 

But with the help of previous year cutoff ,you will have a clear idea regarding your admission  in JMI in btech

To get admission in BA in JMI, the candidate must have Senior Secondary School Certificate with Arabic as one of the subjects or a degree from Arabic Madrasa recognized by Jamia equivalent to 10+2 with  the maximum age limit is 20 years and for reserved candidates , it cannot exceed 22 years.

As you will be knowing that Jamia Millia Islamia is a public central university located in Jamia Nagar, Delhi.

The university is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and University Grants Commission (UGC). It is also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with ‘A’ grade.

As per the eligibility criteria you needs to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks aggregate(aggregate means average/total percentage either in main subjects or overall total).

You should have attained or will be 17 years old as on 31st December of the year or admission. Other than this there is no strict age limit.
