Hey,
As far as the cut off for BA hons is concerned, you do have a chance to get Admission with 49.75 marks, considering you are a muslim OBC student. But there's few more points that i would like to tell you, one is if you are looking for job directly after the undergraduate course, than that won't be good option for you to pursue this course from Jamia, the placement is not upto the mark, and the packages are very merely low. However, if you do masters after this, then there's better prospect for you. Hope this helps.
Hello Ziyaan,
Yes, Jamia Milia Islamia accepts lateral entry or diploma students but you must have a 3 or 4 year diploma from a college recognized by AICTE or the state board of technical education and have at least 55% marks. You can get admission in civil engineering through lateral entry.
All the best.
Hello Gaurav, please check out the following link for detailed info on Jamia Milia admission processes: https://www.careers360.com/exams/jmi-entrance-exam
Once you register for a certain course on JMI official website, you will have a registration/application confirmation page, and in case for courses taking through entrance exams there will be admit card. That should be the registration slip you are talking about. carry it during the counselling/admission/entrance exam.
The documents required during counselling are:
hi Er Magrey Magrey,
unfortunately chances are quite low as last intake in jamia milia islamia for b.teh is 1.4 lakh last year so accordingly you have very less chances , kindly tell me your all india rank and are you under any category? ( then only you may get seat)
One good news for you is that there is some seat for J&K candidates for that you have to contact admission cell but it totally depends on your luck and your rank.
all the best :)

Hey,
i would say that delhi university is the best university of the country and if you are getting a college of that university you should surely go for it. Delhi University provides a lot of opportunities to its students . And if you are getting satyawati college in the second cut off you will surely get a better college of the university in the 3rd or 4th cut off. You can change the college if you get a better college and I would suggest you to go for delhi university.
No,I think if the dates are written on photos is different then there is no issue. If the photo is different then there must be some issue.I hope it helps.
The campus was not at all maintained well. The basic facilities were there but in bad condition, the expectations that i had from he campus were not fulfilled as the delhi univeristy campus was better.
Jamia's science department is also in good condition. Wi-Fi connectivity is available in the majority of the campus areas, such as the library and laboratories. The hostel facilities are clean and good, and students are provided with four meals a day breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. There are laundry and medical facilities available, too, and function effectively.
colleges infrastructure is fabulous and JMI is built on 2 sides of the road . JMI has one of the biggest library which is Dr Zakir hussain library. the campus is clean and all classes are well equipped with projectors which makes it easy for us to understand concepts . also there is a fighter jet in the engineering department
