To be eligible for JIPMER 2019 if you belong to the General category must have scored at least 60% aggregate in PCB in 12th which means that your marks in PCB overall should be 60% and not individually.

Other than than that you just need to pass individually in each subject PCB to be eligib.

Hey.

To be eligible for JIPMER you need to pass PCB and English subject in your 12th boards or equivalent, individually. Other than that if you belong to the  ‘General’ category, you must have scored at least 60% aggregate in PCB totally.

Considering that your aggregate in PCB is 59.8% which is less than 60% you are not eligible. There is no scope of rounding off for calculating the eligiblity criteria.

Best of luck!

hii

yeah the elegibilty marks given by JIPMER are included with both theory and Practicals kindly maintain them while check the below link for a greater info

regards

Hello,

The eligibility criteria states 60% aggregate in 12th for PCB subjects, and that includes both practical and theory marks scored in a subject combined.

60% marks includes both practical and theoretical conbined.

P+c+B total score should be aggregate of 60%.

Which mens if each is exam is of 100 marks then out of total of 300marks for PCB your aggre6scpre should be more thn 180 which is 60% equivalent.

You dont need to have 60% marks individually in each subject as necessity.
