Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar and approved by AICTE. This course also offered Lateral Entry.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for B.Tech(4 Years) Course should fulfill the following criteria.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 10+2 examination in 2026 are only eligible to apply for B.Tech (4 Years) course of the University.
Should have studied in regular full time formal education in their schooling/college.
Pass in 10 +2 or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.
B.Tech Biotechnology / Integrated M.Tech Biotechnology. Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together.
Should have born on or after 01.07.2005.

For B.Tech.-LE (3 years):

Pass in three years diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state.

College Infrastructure

KIIT University has one of the best infrastructures among private colleges in India. The classrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped with smart boards and projectors. Laboratories for IT and engineering students are well-maintained with proper systems and internet connectivity. The central library is large and provides access to both physical and digital resources. Hostels are decent with WiFi, security, and regular maintenance. Sports facilities, gyms, auditoriums, and cafeterias are available across the campus. However, during peak hours, some facilities become overcrowded, and hostel food quality can vary occasionally. Overall, the campus infrastructure supports both academics and extracurricular activities effectively.

College Infrastructure

The college is expensive but the campus infra is really good. You will forget that you are in India so that is break expereince and their are multiple gyms and pools as well. Even the new library is probably the best library you will find in any engineering college in india.

College Infrastructure

The college campus has provided a huge campus of 700 acres,labs are well equipped with instruments,huge library ,campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled.Classrooms are quite and spacious, many sports ground of different games.
