The university has a hostel facility for boys. KIIT University hostel facilities include an attached canteen serving good quality foods. Each hostel has a 24-hour reading room and facility for indoor and outdoor games. The hostels also have a hygienic kitchen and dining hall along with a round-the-clock internet facility.

KIIT University has a medical and healthcare centre on the campus premises. Ambulance services are made available on-call in case of medical emergencies.

The university has a Sports & Fitness Centre that has a swimming pool and multi-gym. The gym helps the students to keep their physical health and fitness in check.

KIIT has a central library that has vast collections of books, textbooks, journals, and other things. The central library hosts a wide range of books, e-journals, e-books, 4.3+ million thesis and dissertations, print journals, bound volumes, rare books along with other reading materials. The university also has a digital library that is accessible to students 24*7.

Sports activities are an integral part of KIIT’s curriculum. Sports activity in KIIT is facilitated by KIIT Stadium, 12 Sports Complexes with swimming pools and Indoor Stadiums distributed in different campuses. The university also has facilities for indoor games. The stadium, which can seat 40,000 spectators, has facilities for Cricket, Hockey, Kabaddi, Football, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Throwball, Basketball, Rugby, Handball, Netball and Track & Field (400 m). KIIT’s sports facilities also include a Central Indoor Stadium – Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium that has facilities for Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Billiards & Snooker, Chess, Carom, Health Club, 12 Station Multi-gym and Yoga Centre.

The canteen at KIIT serves delicious multi-cuisine food including soft and hot drinks, snacks and ice creams. The university has a total of 15 food courts specialising in cuisines from different parts of the world. The food menu of KIIT University includes Odia, South Indian, Chinese and continental dishes.

The university has a Central Convention Centre Complex houses a world-class auditorium having a seating capacity of 1600. Various functions, programmes and conferences of the university are conducted in these auditoriums.
