Previous year does not contain information regarding obc category cut off for AIQ for the state UP for any College. For kgmc AIQ cut off for general category was 613 and obc cut off lands near to general category cut off so According to that I would say

From the merit list (2018) of UP state for 1st councelling,I am mentioning only the rank which falls within 600-700 only.

A student had 621marks with NEET rank 625 and state rank
