The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you about 2019. As per 2017 to get a seat in KGMC for 15% Quota seats the cutoff rank was 725 & cutoff marks was 635 as a General category for 85% quota seats the cutoff rank

Since you are a Non-UP resident, you are only eligible for the 15% seats under the All India Quota. KGMU and BHU are two of the finest medical institutes in India and hence the competition will be very high. Aim for at least 600+ marks. A score over 650

After such a huge changes in the AIQ ranks last year…all predisposed assumptions have been proved wrong. Even UP State merit list has given us ample shocks…. and in accordance to the recent developments; I think that a OBC UP domicile student scoring only above 600 can get
