KGMU has spacious playgrounds & sports area that Kolkata Medical College lacks.

KGMU has a very beautiful heritage building but the hostels & the classrooms provided are not that modernized which can be a problem whereas Kolkata

KGMU LUCKNOW and IGMC SHIMLA both are very prestigious institutions and specially for use both institutions offer a great a curriculum and very interactive study environment.

Personally my verdict goes for KGMU LUCKNOW, you should look at the fees structure, distance from your home town, placements.
