Dear Aspirant ,

There might be more list to be published

There may be  still 2 or 3 merit lists which would be coming up in next few days, and if the college you desire comes under your score you might still get into it…

Since I don't know your score and the college of your choice so I can't really comment on it.. but I can only hope the college you desire be well under your scoring range.

Meanwhile take an admission in whatever college you've been allotted and wait for the other lists to be unfolded. If you're lucky enough you might still get into college of your choice. But the only thing you can do is WAIT..

If you still don't get your college, wait for 3rd and so on until the seats are all fulfilled, and if you still don't get it there's no choice but to go with the allotment as provided to you.

You can visit college if still there's any seat left or available which you can occupy i.e offline…

Hope for the best and be prepared mentally challenged if you don't get your choice

But yes you can still try in the next year if there's any seat vacant and available…

Best of luck…

THANK YOU .

Hey Raj, sorry you say you that, your rank is not enough to get admission in msu, Baroda. By the analysis of previous year cutoff for round one the rank is 2452 and for round two the cutoff is 2914. In the present the cutoff is 109. So you have to score more to get the seat.

Hello,

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara offers 4 year BE in mechanical engineering and admission into the college is based on JEE mains or GUJCET score.
Its is one of the best engineering college in India.
Now, i don't know what you meant by old curriculum but i want to draw your attention that MSU offers B.E which is different from B. Tech.
Bachelor of Engineering program is more theoretical in nature, whereas, theB.Techcourses are more practical oriented. More or less the curriculum of every college is almost same. You can download the curriculum from the official website of MSU.

I hope this helps.

All the best !!!!!

hello aspirant,

1- MSU, BARODA

Placements: Almost 90% of the students from our course got placed. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, etc., visit our campus for placements. Our college does not focus on an internship. Our college prefers more on assignments, so there are not enough placements. Not even a single product based company visit our college for placements.

Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, library and girls room. There is a separate hall for our department for discussion on some topics, etc. The hostel facilities are not that good. Quality of the food served in the canteen is not good enough or hygienic.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified, but they are not enough to make us understand properly. Their teaching quality is average. But the main point is they are not focusing on practical aspects, which is the main problem. Some courses are not relevant to today's technology, and they are very old.

2- CPIT:-

Placements: The placement are great. The placement cell is good and has a lot of experience and expertise in the field. The placements are 100%. Top recruiters are Byju's, GSFC, Indian Navy, Crest data systems, TCS, L&T, Infosys, etc. The average package varies between 3-4 LPA and the lowest goes to 1.8 and the highest varies between 10-15 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best that a college can provide to its students. The environment is quite peaceful with greenery and lush gardens gives you a great ambience. The hostels are big enough and the hostel for girl is inside the campus while the hostel for boys is outside the campus premises. The hostel food is not great but it's healthy and good.

Faculty: The faculty of engineering and technology are great and generous enough to clear your doubts and provide you with newly edited curriculum according to industrial requirements and faculty are always ready to provide you with solutions other than the curriculum and guide you in the best possible way and have great expertise and experience in the field.

HOPE IT HELPS!

Hello Aspirant,

As I myself belong to Gujarat, I must suggest you to put MS University as your first preference in ACPC. The reason behind it is that MSU is one of the finest colleges in Gujarat and the teaching is also comendable. It has one of the best and largest infrastructure. It is hard for D2D students to get admission, that is why, you must put other preferences.

In your case, you have a second preference as LDCE.

Try to add one or two more colleges in you preference list for your own security.

I hope you are satisfied with this answer.

Hello Varsha,

As per the eligibility criteria for PhD course provided in their website you should have  M. Pharm. degree with minimum 50% marks and should qualify GATE/GPAT qualification or PET (M.S. University of Baroda). To take up PhD in pharmaceutical area you should have a very good foundation in that area. However, since it is a PhD programme , it is up to the faculty or more importantly the guides/supervisors to decide whether they can admit a student from related fields . So I suggest you to directly reach out to them and see if you can be accepted.

All the best

Hello aspirant,
1st of all, the percentile system is different that percentage system. Percentile system depends on the aspirant who scored highest marks, and keeping his percentile as base every other aspirant receives his percentile. Hence cut off of every college differs every year. depending upon total number of aspirants, highest scorer, number of seats, difficulty level.
If we take previous year records scores the cutoff has been nearly 176-208 for MS University.
So a score in greater than this will help you to have more chance of college conversion. also you have General EWS category so that will further help you.

hi,

see cutoff score changes every year and depends on various facts like the number of applicants for any particular stream, students category, seat matrix, overall performance of students in entrance exam, difficulty level of exam etc. however the closing score is not disclosed in official site, which make it really difficult to predict the chances. however it would be best to follow the results and participate in counselling, besides also apply for others colleges as well.

hope you may understand.
