Students must have cleared all subjects in Diploma to be eligible. 

As per the eligibility Candidates  who  passed  Bachelor  Examination  and  other  than M.S.University and secured 40% or equivalent CGPA are eligible to apply for PGDCA programme. By irregular you mean distance?

If so, you need to provide the necessary documents such as

qualifying exam score card,

10th 12th marksheet and passing certificate, 

caste certificate (if applicable) 

other neccessary docs 

Also the procedure will start after the admissions of the regular mba is done
