All the seats of MSU Baroda are filled through ACPC merit list.

It does so because it is a GOVERMENT University.

As mentioned on the official website of MSU Vadodara, the University accepts admissions through ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Gujarat) guidelines as per Government rules.
