B.Sc (Family and Community Sciences) Honors in Foods and Nutrition- To understand the fundamentals of food and nutrition science, food safety, food processing, public health nutrition etc. along with a thorough understanding of how food helps us to achieve optimal health outcomes, avoid disease and maintain a good quality of life as we age.
