MJPRU Bareilly main hostel accommodates many students and is open to all faculties as the oldest hostel. The New Boys Hostel, built in 1997, is for engineering students. The BDA Hostel is for engineering students, with blocks for each year. Rajkiya Hostel is exclusively for scheduled castes and tribes.
