Hi.
There is no restriction to the number of NLUs you apply to, in vacancies. All the NLUs will deal with the filling up of vacancies individually. So you have to stay updated regarding the notices related to this and apply to any number of NLUs you want to.

I've got air 1523 (gen. category) in clat 2018. I've not been alloted any college till now. Would I get an nlu in third list?

Here is a list of all NLUs and their respective cut offs for the general category in 2017. Considering this you do not seem to have any chance in the subsequent lists. You have a fair chance in lower tier NLUs in vacancies though. Keep updated with the

In 2017, CLAT the last candidate which got selected in any NLU from UR category scored 110 marks. Candidates from UR category who scored less than 110 were unable to fetch a seat in any NLU. This time it is expected that no candidate from UR category

NLUO is a good place to study

College Infrastructure

National Law University, Odisha, Cuttack (NLUO) provides good infrastructure, with proper classrooms/lecture halls, good library equipped with air conditioning, clean campus, ample food stalls for students, sports centres like basketball court, tennis court, badminton court and football field. The hostel rooms are big enough and cleaning crew is available from 7:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M. The hostels, lecture halls, library and mess are all equipped with WiFi, lecture halls have white boards and projector. Mess food is edible. Overall a good experience and good living environment.

College Infrastructure

It has greatly developed as it currently houses one of the largest law library in the country. Adequate facilities with respect to sports and recreation area also made available to students along with good hygienic food

Overall a good college.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is improving slowly. The library is finally functional. The hostels are spacious, you get single rooms which is a great thing. Overall the college is pretty but needs a lot of development.
