Can we grab the vaccant sit of the nlu which we placed lower in our preference list than the nlu which we have already been allotted ?

You can't change the preference now and you can take provisional admission in the college you get and later take migration or you can wait for other round of allotment also keep checking for the updates and follow the instructions of university.
