You can hope for that as you have obc quota and also domicile. Clat has always been dynamic and unpredictable it keeps on changing every year so i  would say you to wait patiently and hope for the best lets keep our Fingers crosssed. Hey.
The cut off for admission in RMNLU Lucknow in the previous year for the State Other Backward Classes
Was a a rank of 758 and for the State Other Backward Classes Women was a rank of 975.
Hence if your All India rank falls within the similar range of your category, only then you'll have fair chances. Considering your rank your chances are not much in UP and not even in  NLUs. You can go for private colleges accepting CLAT scores.

Yes you might get an NLU as previous cutiff for it was around 1590. So you can expect admission in some NLU.

You have not performed well in CLAT exam, so it is almost impossible for you to get a college.
You can try any other colleges, other then NLU.
