Hey.
The cut off for admission in any of the National Law Universities through CLAT in the previous year was a rank in the range of 1600 for the general category. Hence with a rank of 10136 your chances for an NLU under the vacanies are very less. Usually there are vacancies in the lower NLUs as people leave their seats for other colleges. Various NLUs have started announcing their vacant seats like NLU Raipur. But a rank under 3000 is fair for vacancies. This year the vacanies are quite a lot, so you can stil apply if uoud like to try. But to be honest with your rank if you belong to the general category you have hardly any chances.
Best of luck
Hey Mansha.
The cut off for admission in any of the National Law Universities through CLAT in the previous year was a rank in the range of 1600 for the general category. Hence with a rank of 1296 your chances for an NLU under the vacanies are very good. Usually there are vacancies in the lower NLUs as people leave their seats for other colleges.
Various NLUs have started announcing their vacant seats like NLU Raipur. And this year there are many vacant seats. Hence you should keep updated with the official websites of NLUs and apply as with your rank you have great chances. Also NLUAS has released a performa to be filled if you wish to be considered for admission in vacant seats. Last date to fill is 10th july. Do fill the form asap. And best wishes.

Hello Anurag!
Delhi university and National law University both are among the top universities in India.
B.A(Hons)Pol Sience from DU is an A grade course choice and so is LLB. The former is an undergraduate course of 3 complete academic years. Admission in it is done on the basis of Class 12th merit. The later i.e LLB is a post graduate course in Delhi University with the eligibility condition of graduation in any field from a recognised institution.Admission in this is done via an entrance exam conducted by Delhi University. LLB from DU is also a 3years course. So combining the total academic years for both the courses make it to 6years.
Considering BA LLB from National law University, it is an integrated undergraduate course of 5 yeras providing a degree in BA+LLB.
Considerindg the utilistaion of academic yeras in both the options and analysing individual significance of these courses, it is suggested to opt for BA LLB from NLU Assam. Reason being firstly, it will save your one year that you may utilise in gaining other practical experiences and focusing on your other professional qualification for CA, secondly NLU Assam is a constituent college of NLU consortium and thirdly the need to give another entrance for pursuing LLB after gradaution shall be eleminated since you will be opting for an integrtaed course.
The above provided are pure suggestions, the final decission should be yours.
Hope this helps, All the best!
Hello student,
VIPS in an established institutes and among the top under IP University. It is based in Delhi and hence it has a great locational advantage in terms of internships and placements with District courts, high court, supreme court, and many good law firms and lawyers in the same city. Colleges like VIPS etc are doing better than these lower Tier NLUs and you cant expect the same for NLU Sonepat. SO I would suggest you to not just dig the NLU tag and go for VIPS because as of now it is doing much better than lower NLUs.
Cheers!
Our library and classrooms are brilliant. There is a lot of space available. Recently, our campus has become denser due to NCR reservations. Wi-Fi quality is down, but it is still good. The food is fine. Sports facilities are also improved gradually.
I study at National Law University, Delhi. My University does have very beautiful infrastructure which is very much satisfied to the students. Its organised well both inside out with all necessary facilities. Libraries have all necessary books . I don't play sports but my college has a perfect field. Matches do held. We have got proper internet connection. Canteen is always hygienic.
The campus, though not very big, is filled with various amenities like free Wi-Fi, Gym, Sports Ground. Apart from that, every hostel room is air conditioned and proper hygiene is maintained all the times.
