NLU , Sonipat is commencing its first batch in this year  . So , there is nothing predictable about its cutoffs. But with this rank , i assume your score to be around 108.5 and as per the previous year cutoff trends , you need a minimum of 110

As you belong to SC category and with the marks you have scored you might have a chances to get into the NLU. Apply and appear for the counselling sessions.Therefore don't lose your hope and keep trying through various counselling rounds. Start looking for the private colleges also
