Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics Engineering is a full-time four-year undergraduate engineering faculty course and it is offered by the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology Amethi.
Admission will be based on JEE (Advanced) Rank.
- Admission will be based on JEE (Advanced) Rank. The candidates should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55% in case of SC/ST/PWD) in class 12th or equivalent.
- RGIPT does not offer preparatory courses hence prep rank will not be considered.
- Candidates having color blindness are not eligible for BTech in Chemical Engineering.
for Foreign Students
The candidate seeking admission in B.Tech. (Petroleum Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Computer Science and Engineering/Electronics Engineering) must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks or CPI of 7.5 or above in the senior school certificate examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects Or He/She must be within the top 20% of the successful candidates in their respective class XII (or equivalent) board examination.
In case a Board does not provide information about the cut-off for top 20 percentile, the candidate will have to produce a certificate from the respective Board stating that he/she falls within the top 20 percentile of successful candidates.
