The institute has a good campus with proper classrooms, computer labs, library and hostel facilities. The campus is spacious and generally clean. Most of the facilities are useful for students, although some areas could be maintained a little better.
The academics are decent, but the course can sometimes feel more theoretical than practical. Faculty members are qualified and some teachers are quite supportive. For CSE, I feel students still need to practice coding, development and other technical skills on their own to stay ahead.
For CSE, I feel the placement opportunities are fairly good. Students get chances to sit for software and technology-related roles, and there is scope for getting placed in reputed companies if you have good technical skills. Coding practice, projects and interview preparation are important for getting the better offers.Average package goes around 15 lpa.
Considering the facilities, academic environment and career opportunities available to CSE students, I feel the course offers decent value for money. The overall cost is more reasonable compared with many private engineering colleges. The institute also gives students a good platform to build their skills
Campus life is peaceful and mostly centered around the institute itself. There are sports, student activities and different events during the year. The location is somewhat away from the city, so there aren't many options for going out, but the quieter environment can be useful for students who prefer focusing on studies.
The campus is large and there are plenty of basic facilities, but not everything feels equally well maintained. Some labs and classrooms are good, while a few facilities could be upgraded. The hostel setup is okay, although there is still room for improvement in maintenance and everyday services.
The academic workload can be quite heavy, and some subjects feel more theoretical than practical. The teaching experience depends a lot on the professor. A few teachers are supportive, but in some classes students have to rely on self-study to properly understand the topics.
Placements are one of my concerns, especially for Electrical Engineering. The institute has a good reputation, but the number of relevant core companies can feel limited. Students interested in electrical jobs may have to look for internships and off-campus opportunities on their own. I would not choose the college only based on its placement expectations.
The institute has good facilities, but the overall experience doesn't always feel proportional to the cost and expectations associated with the institute. The remote location also adds to the difficulty, especially when students want access to more companies, internships or activities outside campus
Campus life is okay, but the location is probably the biggest drawback. The institute is quite far from a major city, so there aren't many options for going out or exploring places nearby. Most activities happen within the campus itself. There are events and sports, but after some time the routine can feel repetitive.
College is advance and there is no problem in the infrastructure just this is a strict campus and still not ragging to full extent also the crowd is no so good it's good but not best. Hostels and campus is well maintaned.
Academics are great faculty is good and helps us understand they interact a lot and make backbenchers suffer more so no problem in academic if u study u can score well in exams also the subject are well defined and with link to iit
Placement is good as acc to senior great tech companies visit the campus and there is no problem right now also in future there is higher scope of more and better companies to come and placement ratio and score would increase
Yaaa here I felt it a little bit on a costly side I mean mess is great in the asked price but as per h govt Institute it is a bit on a expensive side also the insects are a lot here they need to be treated
Campus is good after 1st sem u can roam freely in the 70acre campus with canteens are available till 3 in night on a side area so weather is pleasant sports is great almost every major sport equipment and places are there
MODERN INFRACTRURE SMALL BUT WELL EQUPIED CAMPUSS CLASSROOM ARE AIR CONDITIONED LABS ARE WELL EQUIPPED WIFI CONNECTEVITY AVAILABLE ACROSS THE CAMPUSS HOSTEL ARE CLEANED AND WELL MAINTAINED LESS SPORT
NICE IIT LEVEL SINCE JEE ADVANCED QUILFIIED STUDENT BETTER PEER GROUP AND THE CIRCULUM IS REGOROUS AND THE FACULTY ARE KOWNLEGEBLE MOST OF THEM COMPLTED PHD FOR OUTSIDE INDIAN AND IITS IMPROVING FOR CSE RELATED BRACHES
GOOD INCREASING DAY MY DAY PLACEMENT ARE AVG COMPARE TO OLD IIT AND NITS CORE BRANCHES LIKE PETRO AND CHEMICAL PLACEMENT IS NICE AND TECH BRACHES INCREASING DAY BY DAY IT WILL BECOME GOOD IN SOME YEAR
YES
GOOD PEIRGROUP BETTER CLASSMATE ALL JEE ADVANCE QUALIFIED
As a girl student at RGIPT Amethi, I find the campus infrastructure impressive. Spacious classrooms, well-equipped labs, a huge library, clean hostels, good lighting, and safe walkways make daily life comfortable and secure.
I feel the academics are challenging yet balanced. Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, with good emphasis on fundamentals, practical learning, and research exposure that helps shape a strong academic base.
I feel placements are comparatively limited. While some core and tech roles are offered, opportunities are fewer, so many students rely on higher studies or masters, self-preparation, or off-campus efforts.
As a 3rd year student the institute offers decent value for money. Affordable fees, good infrastructure, quality academics, and hostel facilities justify the cost, though better placement outcomes would improve overall returns
campus life feels calm and welcoming. The green surroundings, cultural and technical events, supportive peer groups, and safe hostels create a balanced environment for learning, growth, and personal comfort.
It has a very good infrastructure. The college has all the necessary equipment available. It also provides a very good library soace for students to study after class. The laboratories and all the required equipments are present un tge college campus.
My curriculum is updated and includes all tge recent developments that took place in this field. The field I am studying makes me job-ready and also will orovide me a very good placement in the coming future.
Maximum no. of students had the placements. And the students were quiet satisfied with their placements. The overall placement quality is quiet satisfactory as all the students are very happy after tgeir placements.
I think the fees I paid is worth.
Students, teachers and tge staff members are very cooperative and very supportive. The location is also very convenient for students.
There's brilliant architecture and good Wi-Fi quality, with 24/7 hours of unlimited Wi-Fi in hostel rooms and equipped labs, classrooms, a library, and a good collection of books in the library, but there's a lack of ground in our college. There's a mini-football court, but there's no cricket ground in our college.
Yes, the faculty was very good and supportive; they helped us in every way, whether it was personal or professional. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant; there were so many practical things. My college was excellent in the research field. So this curriculum prepared the students for the industry. Semester exams were not very difficult; if you were serious about studying, you could easily pass the exam.
Approximately 70% of students are placed in petroleum engineering. The highest package in the 2023–24 season is 22 LPA. The average package is 11.33 LPA, and the lowest package is 9 LPA. Cell, ONGC, Hali Bartan, etc. are the top recruiters. 70% of students got internships at different companies.
Meet with some amazing people.
Mostly our course has labs for c, python, Matlab, and Autocad in the first year and DSA, graphic, python, and database management labs in the second year. Talking about the classrooms they are excellent, you will feel as if you are studying in a top IIT class. Coming to the library which opens at 9 am in the morning and closes nearly at midnight. You can peacefully complete all your work and develop skills in this library which is fully air-conditioned and the classrooms are too.
Top-level facilities of petroleum and chemical engineering branches are present on our campus. Some professors are also listed in the top 2% of researchers worldwide. The curriculum of the first year is the same as everywhere while from 2nd year core subjects of particular branches are focused.
Approximately 40% of students are getting placed now. The highest package is about 20 LPA and the lowest is 6- 7 LPA. Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering is one of the best courses in our college in terms of placement.
Good college.
The college infrastructure is good, you get all the basic amenities required at a college like gym, cafeteria, night canteen, sports facilities are also good. There are three major buildings where classes are held and all are air conditioned.
The academics here are very good as compared to any other colleges as mostly all the professors are from IITs. The college has very good culture for research as the students here tend to do research projects with faculty over here. There is not much of a load in academics but you can't leave study at last moment
The placements here are really good for chemical and Petroleum branches but lag a little behind in terms of placement for circuital branches. People here often give GATE exam or go for further study in abroad
Overall the college is value for money because you are in a government college and you are getting education at par like IITs rest for placements it mostly depends on you as the batch strength is less in this college so people have less stress towards their placements
The campus life is absolutely awesome. The hostel life is amazing every sports ground is surrounded by hostels . The fests here are amazing. Mainly three fests are held each year. Best thing about this college is you can roam the entire campus at whatever time you want as there is no restriction of getting inside hostel. And also all hostels are connected to each other so you can stay up late with your friends
Best in infrastructure like any other IIT and management campus Classess are fully AC occupied Central library with collection of all books Wifi is very good in speed and campus is polluted free and very clean
Qualification of our faculty is good They are coming from premium colleges and they have industrial experience Management of studies program prepare us for energy field that's a good option Also they provide us summer internship
100 percent placement Recruiter are like GAIL,IOCL, RELIANCE JIO BP, ADNANI, TORRENT, GLENCORE pay give us a good package highest is 20 and average placement is 8-10 lakh Role like management trainee and consultant
Yes very worthy I am currently pursuing MBA batch 2023-25 Total programme fee is approx 8 lakh that includes tuition fee, accommodation, mess food No doubt our money is very worthy I am very satisfied with all facilities
Campus has very healthy environment With all game facilities like indoor games and outdoor games Our faculty members are very helpful to provide all facilities Fest and many cultural programmes are going through the year that keep you postive and healthy
Our college gives you a good education and experience that will help you in career
