There are four types of courses at SBS Dehradun, Diploma, Undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD. SBS Dehradun Application Procedure

Candidates can apply for Sardar Bhagwan Singh University Admissions online on the official SBS website. To apply, candidates can take the following steps. 

• Visit the official SBS website. 

• Navigate the website until you find the admissions page. 

• The admissions page contains detailed instructions on the SBS admission process. Read this information carefully to understand the requirements for admission. 

• Click the “Register now” button. This will redirect you to another page.

• Fill your details out on the page to access the application form.

• Upload the Required documentation. 

• Submit the application form after filling out the details. 

SBS Dehradun Diploma Admissions 2024

The university offers diploma courses in D Pharm. The duration of this course is typically 2 years and candidates can also enter the B Pharm course laterally from this Diploma Course. 

SBS Dehradun Diploma Admissions Process

To gain admission to SBS Dehradun’s Diploma course, candidates must take the following steps. 

• Visit the Admissions page on the official SBS website. 

• Click “Register Now”

• Fill In your details to access the admissions form. 

• Fill out the application form as prompted. 

• Attach the following documents to the application form: Attested Copies of the mark sheet of the Qualifying Course (For e.g.: 10, 10+2 Diploma etc. as applicable), 3. Proof of Date of Birth (High School Certificate) 4. Weightages certificate, Category certificate if applicable. 

• Pay the registration fee of Rs 1580.

• After the last date of application, the merit list will be declared and counselling will commence. 

• Attend the counselling session and submit all the required documents, listed below. 

• Upon successful admission, pay the course fees as applicable for your course. 

SBS Dehradun Undergraduate Admissions 2024

The university offers Undergraduate courses across all of its schools. The duration of the SBS Undergraduate courses is typically 3-4 years. 

SBS Dehradun Undergraduate Admissions Process

To gain admission to SBS Dehradun’s Undergraduate courses, candidates must take the following steps. 

• Visit the Admissions page on the official SBS website. 

• Click “Register Now”

• Fill In your details to access the admissions form. 

• Fill out the application form as prompted.

SBS Dehradun PhD Admissions 2024

The university offers PhD courses across all of its schools. To enrol in a PhD course, Candidates must possess the required master's degree. 

SBS Dehradun PhD Admissions Process

To gain admission to SBS Dehradun’s PhD courses, candidates must take the following steps. 

• Visit the Admissions page on the official SBS website. 

• Click the “Register Now” option

• Fill In your details to access the admissions form. 

• Fill out the application form as prompted. 

• Attach the following documents to the application form: Attested Copies of the mark sheet of the Qualifying Course (For e.g.: 10, 10+2 Diploma etc. as applicable), 3. Proof of Date of Birth (High School Certificate) 4. Weightages certificate, Category certificate if applicable, Proof of DOB (HSC certificate) , Score Card of GATE/GPAT/UGC-NET.

• Pay the registration fee of Rs 2080/-

• Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria must attempt the entrance exams held in July and December. 

SBS Dehradun Admissions - Documents required

• Two sets of attested photocopies of the mark sheets of the qualifying exam (For eg. 10, 10+2 and Diploma)

• Character Certificate 

• Migration Certificate 

• Transfer Certificate

• Category certificate (If Applicable)

• Demand Draft of Rs 22,500 (Rupees Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) towards Admission

• Fee Affidavit 

• One Time Indemnity Bond on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.10/- for the entire duration of the course to be submitted. 

• Affidavits by the candidate and their guardians regarding non-involvement in ragging on prescribed format.

• Gap years certificate (if applicable).

• Certificate of Immunization of Hepatitis-B & Typhoid 

• Self-addressed and stamped (Rs. 5/- each) envelopes - 15 in case of UG Courses & 10 in case of PG/Ph. D Courses. 

• Proof of Identity of students ( For e.g., Aadhar Card )
