• After reviewing the applications, qualified candidates will be notified about the schedule for the Brief Interactive Session & Personal Interview (PI).

• In the Brief Interactive Session, candidates can interact with senior faculty/ Directors to clear any doubts about the program.

• During the Personal Interview, experts will assess candidates on various parameters, including their suitability for the offered specialisations.

• 50% weightage will be given to marks obtained in the HSC/qualifying exam.

• 50% weightage will be given to the Personal Interview for the final merit list.

• On completion of interviews, seats are allotted based on merit and the overall performance in the entrance test, group discussion, and personal interview.

Sri Balaji University Pune MBA/MCA Admission Process

• Candidates need to register online and select the centre for the Group Discussion/Personal Interview.

• Application Fee of Rs. 1000 should be paid.

•  Rs. 490 to be paid for SBEST (Applicable only to students who are attending the SBEST).

• Then the students will get the registration number.

• Eligible candidates who qualify are called to GD/PI with a minimum of 50% qualifying entrance test score.

• Students will get the admit card to download 10 days before the GD/ PI.

• On completion of interviews, seats are allotted based on merit and the overall performance in the entrance test, group discussion, and personal interview.

• Candidates should check the eligibility criteria.

• Candidates need to fill out the application form, upload the required documents, and pay an application fee of Rs. 1500.

• The candidates who are eligible for SBUP-PET will be informed by the SBUP office.

• Upon confirmation of eligibility for SBUP-PET, the candidates need to pay Rs. 3,000 for the entrance test.

•  The students will be able to download the admit card and attend the test.

• The students who cleared the UGC-NET (including JRF) / UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF) / SET / GATE or SBUP-PET entrance test with a qualifying mark of 50% are called for an interview.

• After confirmation of a seat based on the entrance and interview performance, students need to pay Rs. 10,000 to the institute.
