Yes, you can absolutely option for TNLS. It is a little bit costlier as compared to some other NLU's but the management is good. Also, the facilities are same as that of other higher NLU's.

For internship purpose it is an average college. Through faculty is good and the staff is cooperative but assistance can be poor.
Overall it is average. You can opt for other good options if you have and if you don't have then go ahead.
