With 142 marks in the AU Maths(hons.), it would be unlikely you will be able to get main campus. Since the cutoff for general category is above 160 marks. Also there is no mention of EWS reservation or cutoff relaxations. You might be able to get some affiliated colleges.

According to the cutoff released by the university, with 168 marks you should be able to get B.A. arts in general category. For counselling dates are - 

Allahabad University BA Counselling 2019 - June 23, June 24 , June 25, June 26, July 1 and July 2, 2019

You have to apply online for counselling and have to visit the main campus in allahabad to get admission there.

The cut off for M.Sc Botany, in Allahbad University generally goes higher that the marks you have secured. But still hope for a seat may be in some colleges different from the main campus. As you not mentioned your category here , I considered you from ur category . According to expected cut off , your chances of admission is rare . But you must wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling sedhule . If you are form ur category ,  you also claim admission under ews quota . But admission chances are rare through ur category .

Allahbad University offers many Undergraduate and Postgraduate course in which one of these are Master of Science  in Botany which is a 2 year course . This University is known for the lowest fee structure in any other university in Allahbad 

The fee structure is as follow

First year - Rs. 1500

Second year - Rs. 1100

which makes a total of Rs. 2600

As you mention  your marks as 134 in Allahabad University political science entrance with your marks less chance to get admission there.

  but you can try there with your marks. As your category also playing important role in getting admission there so if you are belong from reserved category you can get there admission but if you are in from general category  it is difficult to get admission.

According to last year cut off of Allahabad University for M.Sc. zoology  , you have full chance of getting admission in main campus . If you not get seat in first round , then you must wait for 2nd or 3rd round seat allotment.  Chances of getting admission is fare .
