Yes , you will definitely get a seat in bcom in campus as the last year cutoff for bcom was 152 for Gen category , further it depends on your category .

Allahabad university doesn't provide the BA(hons), it only provides the BA programme course in which you can select the 3 subjects, in that you can also choose political science as one of your subject. So, you can perhaps opt for political science but that won't be the BA(hons)
