There is no official official news regarding special drive 4th cut off in Delhi university. If college will have vacant seats in some courses then they can release 4th special drive cut off to fill that seats. No movement is allowed under special drive  released by delhi University.

DU only accepts the OBC caste certificate issued by the central government. As your caste is included in the central list of OBCs you can apply for the central government OBC certificate.
