No , bsc ( hons ) CS from DU is not so good if you consider placement factor . not even a single company visit for campus placements not even TCS , Infosys etc.

The teaching methodology is more theoretical ( though same situation can be in private university

You want to take admission in which course? If your query is about admission to Degree courses then admission is on the basis of merit (class 12th marks). Delhi University releases the cutoffs for admission to various degree courses.

University of delhi do not conduct entrance exam for admission in B.com course. Also admission to this course is done on basis of merit list which is released by every college under university of delhi. And merit list is based on the marks which you have secured in

A lot will depend on the total number of applicants, how many of them take the seat and also on your category.  Till then you will have to keep your fingers crossed. 

There are less chances of getting admission over there in good college affilated to delhi university as your rank is high  but may be yiu may get a seat in some average college for bms.all the best have a great future ahead

Definitely you can do M Stats from ISI after doing Bsc Statistics from DU. Its not compulsory to do your bacholor and masters from same university. you can surely change it. ONly thing matter is that you should fullfill its eligibility criteria for admission.
