Actually with these percentage there is no college in DU in which you will get admission for general catagory. But for other category there are colleges. If your from general so you have no chance of getting admiasion in du.

There are colleges that give you liberty to chose subjects in the course while other colleges provide you with these subjects in some or the other semester.So it depends on college to college

Yes there will be deduction of 2.5% in case you change your stream from science to arts. So there will be deduction of 2.5% from your overall best four percentage. Colleges of university of Delhi follows this rule.
