Yes,If you clear the cut off then you are eligible to take admission in DU. But some points you should take care of like you have to produce your latest character certificate because your old character certificate which you get on clearing the 10+2 exam is expire. And

Getting in DU with 50% marks in 12th is quite difficult. Check once with the college website and see if you meet any eligibility criteria. You can even contact the admission department of DU for further information.

To upload the self-attested copy first take a xerox copy of your class 12 mark sheet. Sign on the mark sheet and get the copy scanned and uploaded.
