Both the colleges are good but as per Careers360 rating, Delhi University has got AAAA+ which says this is an outstanding choice to pursue the degree program whereas if you talk about AMU then it has got AAAA which says this is also very good but not better than DU.

There is an entrance exam in these universities for economics course. There is a BHU UET test in BHU for UG courses including economics. The same goes in DU. There is an entrance named DU JAT for Business Economics course in DU. Same there is a test in Presidency college

The major difference is, in B.A (H) you would be studying particular specialisation papers in the third year whereas BA would be common and there is no core specialization. Also, in DU admissions are done on the basis of 12th merit and the cut off varies college and course wise
