for admission in du, can I count the marks of physical education in Best 4 subjects to get admission in bachelor of arts??

You can count in the best 4 calculation but there is will some percentage of deduction.
If you think you have good marks in Phy edu and even after the deduction you have the hike with you then go ahead with adding this in best 4.

The fees in DU is not really much. It takes approx 30K for your entire course duration. Also the fees varies in courses and in colleges.

Life science students have plenty of options after completing their basic graduation. They can either choose a job or can opt for further studies.
You can opt for higher studies like Master of Business Administration or Master of Science.

With 87.5% (Best Four Subjects), which DU Colleges can i get into? Am thinking either BA Geography or History (Hons).

Good infrastructure having so good building and canteen area is good , classrooms are good enough to comfortably seat and study and enjoy the garden area also , auditorium is huge and garden is so peaceful
