    Hi,
    If you are talking about DTU, it takes through JAC/JEE MAINS so you will have to apply for the counselling in this college.
    The registrations shall begin after JEE Main 2017 All India Ranks are declared.

    There is no any entrance exam in Delhi University. The admission is based on cutoff of your 12th board score which should be 95+ for B.com.

    Hi, Character certificate is required in DU admissions. So in case you are a gap student you can make an affidavit to the same mentioning  the reason for your gap that too in recent past years as per DU policies, it was not required.

    HI, For BCom yes you can apply in DU if you did not have maths.
    But for BCom Hons you cannot apply as you do not have maths.
