as per the NAAC grade or rank or reviews both university of delhi and st. Xaviers , ranch is good.
the only prominent difference is that university of delhi comes under government/public and st. Xaviers is private … hence the little fees difference.

kamla nehru college, university of Delhi has a very well maintained hostel with a safe and friendly environment. The fees is around 50,000-55,000.

The hostel has an intercom facility, double or triple sharing room, hygienic food in mess.
